They are very efficient through the process without wasting any of your time. They answer all questions promptly with lots of knowledge. They also helped us with finding a rental home. She’s very responsive despite how incredibly busy she is with her business. She has connections to inspectors and mortgage brokers who are also wonderful. She was a breath of fresh air after dealing with a different realtor who was not even close to as good or as professional. If we are ever to move again we will look to Lisa again.

(September 6, 2019, 5:24 pm)Words cannot express how much of a blessing Lisa was to our family. As new residents to Connecticut, and first home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing. Many real estate agents would seize an opportunity like this to take advantage of our naivete, but from our first meeting with Lisa we knew we had found someone truly special and who genuinely cared about helping us find the right home for us. Lisa was incredibly thorough. From our first meeting to our last, she was always prepared, punctual and professional. She provided all of the information for each house up front, and was an amazing resource of information. She shared with us everything and everyone that we would need to make the right decisions. She understands the industry and surrounding towns better than anyone, and she has a wealth of knowledge that she is more than willing to share. She was never pushy, she never made us feel like we needed to make a decision right away, and she always offered the best advice around things that we would have never noticed or thought of. Through each step of the process, we always felt like we were working with one of our best friends, and at no point did we ever doubt her ability to help us through it. She responded promptly to every call, email and text message. We always knew that once we found the house of our dreams, Lisa would do everything in her power to get us into it. So when we did, we never worried about a potential bidding war, because Lisa gave us everything we needed to market our best selves to the sellers. Needless to say, we got our home and closed not too long after. Lisa is amazing, and hands down, the best in the business. If you are lucky enough to cross paths with her, don't hesitate to reach out. You will not be disappointed. We cannot thank Lisa enough for everything that she has done for us, and I highly recommend her 1,000x to absolutely anyone!
