  I knew we had made the right choice moving my father-in-law into The Bristal at Mt. Sinai, from day 1. The staff remembered, from our earlier conversations, what his favorite cereal was, and we could not believe our eyes when Karen, the Executive Director and Jen in Sales, delivered him boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch! He was so happy! It has since been almost a year, and he says every day gets better and better! There are times that we cannot reach him because he is so busy with his friends, participating in all of the wonderful activities that The Bristal has planned. We no longer have to worry about his safety and personal needs, The Bristal does it all, and does it WELL!

  I have nothing but great things to say about the Bristal in Mt Sinai. We moved my grandma there last summer from another assisted living facility and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! She is much happier there, the facility is super clean, nice and has the most respectful and engaging staff. The care is unmatchable and it starts with the staff who truly care to make this place feel like a home for my grandma. They keep the residents cared for and entertained, there’s always something for them to do. Super happy with our decision to bring our grandma here. She’s loving it too!

  I love the Bristal in Mt Sinai. We moved my mom there last summer from another assisted living facility. It was the best thing we ever did. The facility is much nicer and more engaging, but it’s the staff that truly makes this facility outstanding. It starts with the executive director. Love her so much…. She cares tremendously about her staff and the residents, it’s that combination that makes things so successful. Happy, talented staff makes for happy stimulated well cared for residents. The staff in the memory unit is truly exceptional. They work so hard and care so much. I recently was unable to visit as much as I normally would do to some health issues, they went above and beyond. They sent me pictures, made sure my mom was happy, and then brought her to my home so I could see her and give her a much needed hug!!! Trust me… no other facility is doing that!!! They are by far the best! I am beyond grateful everyday that I have entrusted them with my moms care. We love the Bristal at Mount Sinai and their amazing staff!!

  In June 2022, I was compelled to place my wife Susan into a secure, assisted living facility. After doing some research, I selected the Bristal at Mount Sinai. And the facility is what I would call state of the art. The physical, layout and color scheme provide a bright and pleasing atmosphere for residents. Each resident is provided a private room with the car key lock this ensures that other residents cannot enter my wife’s room. I have found the staff to be kind and attentive to my wife’s needs and gladly accommodate my wishes for her care. The food choices and quality of the food are very good. I got the joke that my wife Susan is eating better than I am at home. Finally, this facility is maintains a very high level of cleanliness. So for the foregoing reasons, I would make the same decision to place my wife, Susan, and Bristal Mt. Sinai.

  Outstanding facility. Staff is professional, caring and respectful. Residents are kept engaged with many activities throughout the day and various special events. I was concerned about my husband, Bob, leaving home, but Bristal is giving him excellent care and providing him with the attention and socialization that I could not. He adjusted quickly and is happy and doing very well. I am grateful for all the good folks who are taking such good care of him.
