(August 18, 2023, 8:17 am)5 minute walk to the beach. We were able to park our car on site since we arrived early and use the bathroom and pool. Rooms were nice, good size fridge and microwave. I didn't give 5 stars because the AC was about 6 inches from the bed and it was very uncomfortable to have it blowing directly on you.

(August 17, 2023, 5:09 pm)Hotel newly renovated, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s a smaller hotel but it was perfect for our stay. 2nd floor had a nice pool table sitting area and the 3rd floor offers a beautiful peaceful rooftop with plenty of seating and umbrellas. Played soft music throughout the hotel making it very relaxing. Perfect location barely needed my car walking distance to wawa, food, ice cream shop, water sports. A few Blocks from both beach and cross the street 2 blocks to the bay. Perfect watching sunrise/sunset. Looking forward to returning to the Boulevard Hotel in the future.

(August 11, 2023, 3:13 pm)Absolutely beautiful- no amenities though like a “typical hotel” ( No ice, razors, tooth brushes, water bottles etc) beds were comfortable, rooms were clean! All you could really ask for! Would definitely book again!

(August 11, 2023, 7:14 am)Excellent stay. The beach is just a 6-7 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a Wawa down the block; it’s a five minute walk. Everything was close by and convenient. The rooms looked brand new and renovated. Everything was clean. Large TV in the rooms; bed was very comfortable; Our room had a mini fridge and a microwave. There was also a balcony, which we enjoyed very much.
Cons: There is no laundry room on site; the pool water was very very warm; only one way out of this hotel; it is fairly small. The elevator is small. I came across an issue with booking the room. I booked it on Expedia and choose the “reserve now, pay later” option. The staff at the hotel did not approve of this and told me that I had to make payment for the room asap. However, they made an exception. I am glad I didn’t have an issue at the end but it made me very nervous and anxious . I didn’t want to lose my room. So if your booking on a hotel booking website, be aware of that. Additionally, the rooms were very pricy. I paid a little over a grand for just a two night stay.
In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay. -

(August 5, 2023, 7:36 pm)Pleasantly surprising hotel! Really a grand slam all around. Excellent updates throughout but maintained a beachy hotel feel. Very laid back and easy going but attentive staff! Laura at the front desk was a delight! The pool was great and beach access from their sister hotel was wonderful! If we could give it more stars we would!
