(July 3, 2023, 1:47 pm)Wow! Not only was the presentation of each dish gorgeous to look at, it was even more amazing to eat. The hash was out of this world and the eggs were cooked perfectly, whether over easy or sunny side up! James Brown (manager) caught up with us as we left to wish us a Happy 4th and offered to take our group picture (as did waitstaff!). LOVELY place to be!

(June 28, 2023, 12:01 pm)This past weekend we hosted a rehearsal dinner for 88 guests and our family occupied every guest room of the inn for the weekend.
Our entire experience was top notch! I worked with Evelyn (event coordinator) for nearly a year and she is amazing! I highly recommend The Bird & Bottle Inn for any event you are planning.
The food was absolutely delicious (many options to choose from) and the presentation beautiful and most timely for such a large group. Dietary restrictions were considered and met with ease. Thanks to the weather Gods, we were able to use the patio for our cocktail hour and the spacious tent was used for our dinner, while offering all of the distinctive first floor indoor space to our guests as well. Each area was well organized and pleasing to the eye. The guest rooms were welcoming, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The suite was well suited for our young grandchildren. The continental breakfast each morning was fresh and plentiful and displayed so nicely.
This historic venue is truly unique and I can not imagine finding anything that can top it! I am beyond grateful that we were able to experience The Bird & Bottle Inn! -

(June 27, 2023, 9:58 am)We had such a wonderful time staying with our family at The Bird & Bottle Inn. We were met with champagne in our room at our arrival. We had young children with us, and they were easily accomodated. The entire staff was lovely, especially Evelyn who helped coordinate our stay. We really enjoyed both our dinner and the daily continental breakfast. Thank you so much; We will be sure to be back!

(April 30, 2023, 10:14 am)I had a small rehearsal dinner here with just my wedding party and their spouses. The food here is delicious and the wine selection is excellent! The manager here, James, was on hand to help us throughout the night and it was much appreciated! We felt attended to. We had actually met James prior at the last place he worked as manager! I was very disappointed to learn that that restaurant had closed for the season when I was booking my rehearsal dinner, so this was a serendipitous moment! All came full circle and the dinner was just a great time among friends. Very attentive staff and a restaurant with a really cool history! Recommend it!

(April 18, 2023, 12:50 pm)Loved the interior decor, the wallpaper, and the choice of the color palette.
The food was tasty and balanced, with good quality ingredients. The portions are generous and the servers are friendly and attentive. When the season gets busy would probably be best to book a table in advance but I was pretty lucky and just walked in.
There is also a separate bar area ( very cozy! ) and a living room with velvet sofas, chairs and a library.
I didn't have the chance to stay overnight and visit the room but hopefully next time!
