  When we first walked in, there was a weird vibe. Like we felt everyone's eyes on us. So we left. But we came back because the other place was worse. The bathroom doesn't lock and didn't have soap.
  
  I got the fish and chips. While tasting okay, the fish was very soggy and had zero flavor, the tarter sauce (which was delicious and I never eat tartar sauce) made it edible, but they didn't give you a lot.
  
  The fries were also okay, but again, lacked flavor, so I had to use ketchup to eat it. I did like that they were fresh tasting potatoes, not frozen. The server was nice and did not give off any bad vibes like we'd had before. All in all, I'd come again to eat, maybe it was just weird because they may have been close to closing idk.

  New look and feel and the service was a bit slow but worth the wait. The owner greeted everyone and was on top of everything. My som was a big fam of the Waffle and chicken. Good food and vibe. Still my goto when in cold springs.
