He is getting my fitness goals in check and has made a tremendous positive impact in my life. He truly is getting my body and mind right for my wedding in May. Any negative reviews in regards to the facility are NOT accurate at all. I continue to promote my trainer Rob and the facility any chance I get.

(November 24, 2021, 2:49 pm)The Arena is a hidden gem here in Westchester. The management & staff are some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the fitness industry. I was hesitant to return to the gym environment, yet glad I did, as I must admit that Charlie and his staff maintain strict covid protocols and are constantly sanitizing the equipment and common workout areas. I highly recommend the Arena!

It has the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainers, an impeccably clean environment, and great strength training equipment.The owner, Charles, was so motivating with his advanced training techniques that prompted me to become a part of his team through my NASM internship. They are top notch professionals who raise the standard in fitness, exercise science and sports specific training. Not only do they work with clients, but educate other professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about their clients. I am very comfortable referring patients to Charles and his team as I know they are in good hands.
