  I first sought out Jennifer in 2020 when I along with much of the world felt simultaneously drained and overwhelmed. I don't recall much from those first remote sessions other than that in the days and weeks after her treatments, I felt more energized, capable, and "in my body."
  
  It's been almost three years since Jennifer began treating me. I prefer to receive treatment in person, but I can say with confidence that her abilities are not at all contingent upon proximity.
  
  Jennifer is a profoundly gifted healer, able to discern and facilitate energy in its various forms. For me that has meant the remarkable resolution of assorted aches and pains—physical, mental, and most often, where those two once-seemingly disparate categories intensely intersect.
  
  Jennifer is professional, gentle and empathetic. I can’t recommend her enough.

  Jennifer is an excellent yoga instructor, community builder and healing arts practitioner. I have attend her yoga classes and seek regular healing 1x1 sessions. If you’re feeling off balance in life and are looking for some holistic support in your journey. Look no further!

  Jennifer is an incredible, intuitive healer. Not only has she helped me heal from a major back injury, she also helped expedite my healing process from a difficult pregnancy and C-section operation.
  
  Additionally, she did one session with my 10 month old baby, who had been consistently favoring one side as he learned to move around and crawl. After one session with her, he began to move both legs more evenly, and he took his first steps two weeks later! He had also been dealing with GI discomfort, and she helped ease that, too. It was incredible to see what could be accomplished in just one session with my baby! And all the while he was happy as could be, crawling around and socializing with her.
  
  Can’t recommend Jennifer enough! She offers a safe space to connect, and heal.

  Jennifer’s place is a sanctuary in the Athens community. Tenth House Health is filled with amazing energy. She is super welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. I took her yoga class and also had a craniosacral therapy session. I felt super safe and even with 3 others in the yoga class she paid close attention to each of us and made personalized adjustments. I could feel the tension melt away during the class.
  The one one one session was super relaxing. Her intuition and ability to key in on what areas needed release was absolutely what my body needed. Jennifer has magic hands and is just a lovely soul. You will not regret working with her.

  Jennifer is such a gift, and I’m so happy she has opened her lovely studio in Athens. Jennifer has such a warm, intimate, and non-judgmental approach to yoga practice and combines it with deep physiological knowledge. Her class required a lot of stretching and balancing, physically and mentally. I came out of it feeling at peace and with such a full heart. It was a real joy and exactly what I needed. I’d recommend tenth house health to people with all levels of experience and interest, no matter your fitness or injury level.
