(February 17, 2023, 9:02 pm)I went to a movement workshop and it was fantastic! The space was warm and welcoming. It was interesting to see all the herbs on offer as well. Really enjoyed it and looking forward to going back for some upcoming mediation workshops.

Remy is warm and welcoming and the herbs she shares are made with care; you can feel it in your body. I am so glad they've opened up in Hudson and are holding body practices in the space.
