  A friend has been at Tenbrook twice, for about a week each time. I’ve been to a bunch of Rehabilitation centers over the years to visit friends and family. Tenbrook is the nicest rehab center that I’ve visited. I’ve driven past Tenbook on my way to work for years and never really noticed what it was. The building is tucked away and gernetic looking from the outside.
  
  Once inside you are greeted to a brightly lit and colorfully painted giving it a friendly feel. You sign in with a tablet to find the person you are visiting. Walking to my friends room, a few workers who walked past me said hi which was nice as they are all working hard.
  
  The rooms all have large windows with his room facing the inside courtyard. Each section of the building is named after local landmarks like Catskill and Esopus. There is a public cafeteria that you can get a snack or meal at. The food is as good as any little cafe where you'd have a breakfast sandwich or lunch. It’s a limited menu of healthy fresh options.  We went there a couple of times with our friend to have a snack and breakfast. There is of course a slant on healthy options.
  
  While the location and the building are nice. What makes Tenbrook the best rehab center I’ve been to is the quality and friendliness of the staff. The quality of the care my friend got was excellent. Everyone working there was extremely friendly to my wife and I which they didn’t have to be as they are working and we are just visiting.

  The staff is kind. The place is clean. It is a breath of fresh air compared to the near by Northeast Center for Rehabilitation (run from there). I go to visit my grandmother . I appreciate the outdoor sitting play area because I usually have my tag alongs . My 2 littles can get rambunctious so it’s nice they can play around outside and I can have a nice visit with my Gram. Plus she enjoys watching them outside. Thank you ten broeck for being caring

  Staff was helpful, courteous, professional. The rooms were nice and spotless. Nice atmosphere, lounge area with great space for residents to interact and also watch T.V. Cheerful , kind people in all areas of the building. The residents I saw seemed comfortable and happy.

  My interviw withthe recruiter was very professional and pleasant. She did a great job of explaining all the offeres they have to become an employer. The receptionist was very polite and informative. The facility is very nice and well kept. It tells they take pride for the facility and the residents.

  I spent eight months by 10 broeck. During time the staff was excellent the food was enjoyable to the facility was spotless. I have an occasion to use physical therapy, but one therapist in particular Kunal Patel took me under his wing and met with me 95% of the time this gentleman took me under his wing and looked out for me every step of the way he is truly one of a kind. I hope you don’t need to help, but if you do, he will be wonderful for you.
