  I had researched various brands of hearing aids and was very impressed with and interested in the ReSound brand. Living with a significant hearing loss is truly a quality of life issue. I am very satisfied with my ReSound hearing aids. The ReSound app that Byron downloaded to my cell phone and explained to me in great detail allowed me to successfully utilize the different settings immediately. The app is very simple to use. The TV accessory is invaluable and extremely useful. No more blaring volume on the TV!
  And just as important as the high quality of the hearing aids, is the excellent customer service provided by Byron, Amanda and Heather. Any questions I had initially were answered completely during a phone call to the office. Amanda is great at solving any issue that I ever needed help with. Late one afternoon recently I called the office with a concern and Amanda invited me to come right over and she completely corrected the issue.
  I recommend Byron's Hudson Valley Hearing Center without reservation to anyone who is dealing with a hearing loss that is negatively impacting the quality of their life!

  Got new hearing aids 2 weeks ago replacing a previous 3 year old model. The difference in clarity is unbelievable. ReSound is a fine product. Service and fitting are great. Go hear for yourself!!

  I can’t say enough about products they offer and the people who work there. Getting hearing aids was a game changer and they are extremely friendly and accommodating. A big shout out to Amanda, who works with the customers. She helped me electronically track one of my hearing aids I lost in a different wing of the building I was in. Life saver!
