  Prompt responses to any inquiry. Desiree is clearly an expert at what she does. Work was done promptly, professionally, and very neatly. Pricing was simple and reasonable. This company has been great to work with. I highly recommend them.

  The water at our office was always getting gray and murkey. We spent alot of money on chemicals and work to keep up with the tanks. Having the new Hart Water Conditioning system installed was a game changer. No more chemicals and time spent filling tanks.

  I called Hart water finding out both neighbors use them for water treatment. I have a water treatment system installed that for some time now has not been working properly. I was frustrated needed a 2nd opinion. Desiree showed up for the service call. I explained to her what was going on with the current system. She tested our well water basically told me I should be using something else to deal with the sulfur issue. She recommended 2 different units that should be installed. That would take care of all the issues. We were hesitant on adding new equipment since our first water treatment experience was not great. After dealing with the old system for another 2 months I decided to make the call and make the new install happen. I called Desiree back to set up and installation date.
  
  On the installation date Tom and Travis showed up to preform the work. They showed up on time called before arriving. Both very friendly and easy to talk to. Once the installation was done Tom showed and explained to me how the new system will work. When the system went online sulfur smell was gone instantly. Water quality has been great. I recommend You call these guys up for all your water treatment needs

  Hart Water brings to mind the James Bond them song words “ Nobody does it better, makes me feel sad for the rest”. Their knowledge, dedication to service honesty and integrity is why they get 5 stars. After problems, bs, and $ spent with other companies, Hart water resolved my problem with less $ , less regular maintenance. A company that really cares about what they do

  One of the best investments we have made in our home is the water conditioning system that was configured and installed by Hart. We worked with Desiree in the design of our system. As an engineer myself, I was impressed with Desiree's depth of practical knowledge and theoretical understanding of the various options considered for the final design of our whole house and reverse osmosis systems. The installation was performed in a very professional, neat, thorough and timely manner. So far we have had 6 months or trouble free pristine water with the new systems. I highly recommend the Hart team.
