  My sons liquid cooled gaming computer was overheating and I didn't want to bring it in to just any repair shop. I spoke with Rich on the phone and just by our conversation, I knew Rich had the knowledge I was comfortable with to bring the computer in for repairs to his shop. Rich's initial diagnosis was the cooling system was shot, he ordered the parts needed and also recommended a few upgrades. Even though my impatient teenager son had me calling Rich almost every day (sorry about that Rich), the computer was ready to be picked up on time as promised. My son tells me the computer is running better now than when it was new.
  Prices are reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being upsold on anything I didn't need.
  I would highly recommend Tech Boys to anyone with computer issues including liquid cooled systems.

  I can’t recommend this place enough. They had fixed my laptop which fried due a surge and had I to replace the board. Within a couple hours of having it back, my 2 year old stuck the power supply in the wrong port and fried the board again. The help this place gave me can’t be overstated. They fought with the company that makes these boards (which are $400 each) until they gave him a deal to replace the fried one that I had for half the price to replace the old one. He didn’t even rake me over the coals like he could have being that this is basically the most costly repair for a laptop you can need and was 100% my fault. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you have any issues with your electronics, don’t even waste your time anywhere else, this is the spot. Thanks again for the help man.

  I brought in my daughter's laptop hoping to fix a badly damaged screen. We honestly weren't sure it was fixable. Rich was able to fix it quickly and for a reasonable price. We highly recommend Tech Boys and would definitely go back again!!

  I've gone to Tech Boys for multiple services now and am always grateful I did. Rich has sold me two refurbished computers, transferred documents, added storage, etc. He is always honest and willing to help no matter how busy he is. His services and knowledge are much appreciated!

  Brought in my custom gaming PC after having issues with high temperatures and booting up Windows. Rich was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient when diagnosing the issues when other places failed. He also was a great help when I decided to upgrade; picking parts that were in my budget, and installing them ASAP. Overall, great customer service, affordable pricing, and fast!! I highly recommend Tech Boys and their services! I would give 6 stars if possible.
