(August 19, 2023, 11:14 am)It was our first time going to this restaurant, we wanted to try somewhere new. Let me tell you ever since we walked in the atmosphere felt amazing. Everyone so kind and humble. Our server was Nick such a kind soul. He took his time to tells us all the specials and was just so sweet definitely stoled our hearts since he welcomed us ❤️

(August 15, 2023, 3:29 pm)I and the family (10 though 13 year olds) stopped here for dinner during a road trip and were very pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and friendly service at The Tavern Restaurant. I was reminded of the great restaurants my grandparents used to take me to back when I was a kid and when restaurants did it right: bread and drinks while you peruse the menu, salad or soup while your entree is prepared. The dining room is beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. Top notch American restaurant!

(May 28, 2023, 8:28 pm)0-10 scale, 10 being absolute best, they are 100 with their customer service!! 😍🤩😍🤩 just phenomenal!! The food is fantastic and the portions are big to top it all off. Clean, friendly, and super attentive staff. Prices are reasonable as well to boot. 😃10/10 would HIGHLY recommend and go back! I have NEVER had better service anywhere else than what we had tonight!! ((And I didn't get hurt eating here!))

(July 22, 2021, 9:42 pm)A decent restaurant with decent food, though in my view the Tavern is about the quintessential generic American nice-ish sit down restaurant. Still worth a visit if convenient.
The french onion soup was the standout dish, it is one of the best I have had, and we tend to order french onion at every restaurant that has it.
Other dishes were decent but not anything amazing. Chicken parm was typical, fish was good. The side salads were not great, some of the lettuce was wilty.
Portion sizes are pretty good and the chicken parm was quite large.
The environment inside is nice, though we were in the room without the bar both rooms seemed well decorated and pleasant. Our waitress was excellent and service was prompt.
Overall would be stuck between 3 and 4 stars perhaps, but the french onion soup was very good and made the decision easy.
