(January 29, 2023, 4:59 pm)The only reason this location does not get five stars is that they are always out of something. The staff are great and have never gotten my order wrong. They are very quick kind and Katie and Patrick are absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back!

(March 3, 2019, 1:15 am)Best starbucks in western mass in my opinion. I'm never disappointed and the staff are wonderful. If you want a coffee, latte or breakfast sandwich the way you like it, doesn't taste freezer burned and consistent each time than this is your place.
