I called 5 realtors. Asked them all the same question. They either wanted to come out and see me in person or gave some non answer answer. Jesse on the other hand answered that same question and continued on the phone for 20+ minutes. I told my wife after 5 minutes that this is the guy we’re going with. He was very responsive to my calls and texts even after we closed.
I live in NY. I had a house in Wild Acres, that i wanted to sell. I got in touch with Stan, explained that i live in NY and don’t come to PA often. Well, i tried selling this home 2x before and the realtors didn’t seem interested. Stan told me what to do, he took pictures , posted them and my house was sold within a week!
As a business owner, i know you cannot please all the people all of the time. But this was the easiest deal i have ever done in real estate in my life! I don’t understand why other reviews would say anything so negative, i didn’t find one thing true they are saying!
He never showed me anything but professionalism, he helped me do everything , even if it meant going out of his way.. it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him, and i highly recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat. Tashlik, keep up the great work and thank you !
Jesse Tashlik is an incredibly knowledgeable realtor. We have bought and sold with Tashlik real estate and I’ve always been impressed with their service.
They are straight shooters who doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear to secure a listing. When we sold our first home with him, he helped us price it perfectly, and even got us a contractor to complete the items on the reply to inspections.
When we bought our next place, he helped us get the perfect home. He figured out exactly what we wanted, sifted through dozens of potential homes, and narrowed it down to 4! It only took one outing to find our place! He walked through the home with us and pointed out items we should be aware of, and even gave us rough price estimates of what things might cost so we could make an informed decision. If you’re tired realtors doing the bare minimum and acting like Glorified Chaperones, then I definitely recommend you use Tashlik real estate! Thanks again guys!
