  This is an excellent destination for anyone looking to enjoy a cabin stay with many trails and waterfalls to explore. The cabin was one of the best I have stayed in with attention to detail and comfort of the guest. The Pawnee is on site and very responsive and friendly with any questions you have.

  The cabins were so cozy, nice, and clean! The beds were really comfortable. Lamar and Terri were really friendly and they really paid attention to detail with decorating the cabins and providing things you'll need and may have forgotten. We had such a great time and will definitely be back! Babbling brook is magical!

  Babbling Brooks Cottages is a gorgeous destination where you can really reconnect with nature and really immerse yourself in the moment as you are away from the rustle and bustle of the city. My wife and I stayed an entire week for our honeymoon and we will cherish all the incredible memories we have made during our time there. We will certainly be returning in the future and we look forward to it! Lamar,Terri and of course, their beautiful Great Dane Stella are an incredible group of hospitable hosts and have really done a incredible job elevating the entire property to new levels of comfort and relaxation. There’s not a moment where we didn’t have what we needed thanks to their diligent and extremely loving help. We eagerly await our next getaway and are already marking our calendars!

  What an awesome getaway! Whether you just stay put and relax or enjoy local waterfalls, hiking and scenery, you are bound to want to return! The local town of Milford PA is charming with shops and restaurants to enjoy. The Babbling Brook Cottages are cozy, warm and totally stocked with all you need...including firewood! Owners Lamar and Terri are amazing and the perfect hosts. Be sure to meet Stella as well!

  If you’re looking for a quiet, rustic and cozy weekend get away then this is the place you should be looking for. It’s off the beaten path nestled in an historic town surrounded by scenic waterfalls and easy to challenging hiking trails.
  My wife, daughter our dog and myself stayed at the Bear Claw cabin for 2 nights. The cabin is a little on the small side due to it being built in 1936 but it was clean, well maintained and updated with todays modern conveniences. We enjoy campfires so we and took advantage of the fire pit on both nights. If your into star gazing it’s amazing at Babbling Brooks. We also had the pleasure of meeting Lamar one of the owners and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the rich history of his property. We look forward to returning to Babbling Brooks Cottages.
