  I would really recommend Tamar to anyone. I have been really suffering from Constipation for over 2 and a half years and have went to quite a few practitioners who all didn't help. Then I saw Tamar and with just one appointment she figured out what the problem was and gave me advice that really worked. Within a very short time of starting to do what she advised, I have had huge improvements. I am not there yet, and have not fully recovered, but I'm definitely on the right road thanks to her.
  I have to admit that it is a little costly, but I guess that just how much these things cost.

  That is literally Tamar! Tamar journeyed with me for about a year to heal my gut health issue. Setting me up with a diet and supplement plan, compassionately explaining each step of the way, and responding to questions throughout. I am so grateful to Tamar and hold her guidance in high regard!

  My son was suffering with stomach issues which the GI could not diagnose after various testing measures. Tamar was able to explain the probable diagnosis and gave him a high fiber diet to follow along with other supplements. After following the protocol for 3 months he was finally healed. Thank you Tamar!

  Tamar is a pleasure to work with & really knows her stuff. No problem is too big or small for Tamar to handle! So much of our health is rooted in the gut which is why it is so important to work with someone who really understands the system. Tamar's approach to healing and education in the field is incomparable. Highly recommend!

  Tamar has taught me a way to eat for life. This is not a diet fad - this is changing my lifestyle of eating that was last ! I have used Tamar after pregnancies and during pregnancies (twins included !) I am grateful to have had Tamar by my side encouraging me through all stages of life. Thank you Tamar !
