I was referred to Tamar by a family member and I’m grateful to her for the referral.
My intent/need was to avoid going on medication. Tamar took the time to understand my current condition in detail including analyzing my blood work as well as my dietary needs, likes, and restrictions. She crafted a custom plan that addresses my needs and fits within my lifestyle, as well as making other specific suggestions related to exercise and supplements that relate directly to ME. Her follow-up and availability have been excellent.
I reran the blood work after a few months and saw real progress and she made some further adjustments. Whenever we meet, her first question is “Do you feel full/satisfied?” which demonstrates her practical, long term approach to improving my health as opposed to losing some weight for a specific event.
I am near my target weight (weight loss was a secondary goal at best) and I am looking forward to working with her to adapt my program so I can maintain my weight in a manner that continues to address the conditions which are my primary objectives.
