  Don’t let the outside appearance deter you from reserving this motel. The reviews were good so we gave it a try because we needed an AFFORDABLE hotel fairly close to Orange Co. Fairgrounds Speedway. They are renovating from the inside out and the room was clean and cozy! The bed was comfortable and the service was terrific! Definitely recommend if you can’t or not willing to pay $300 + for a room at a hotel chain.

  I had been hiking the Appalachian trail and needed a place to stay out of the thunderstorms for a night. The manager was incredibly kind and helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms provided every service I needed: microwave, fridge, shower, and a TV. I wish I had a chance to use the fire pit area but the rain wouldn't allow it. A very pleasant experience and if I catch myself in the area again I know where I can stay!

  If I was welcomed at every motel the way I was welcomed by Matt the motel manager, I would never leave. We had a nice campfire in the backyard - really chill & peaceful. The room had a conveniently large TV. It was an awesome place to stay at. Also played guitar with Matt - good vibes :)

  Matthew was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. The area felt very safe and the motel has been renovated and kept up with very well. They also have a fire pit with complementary fire wood which is a huge plus!

  Excellent place to stay. The check in was a quick and easy process. The staff are all friendly & very polite. The room was clean with modern decor. The blankets are cozy 10/10. I had no trouble sleeping as everything was pretty quiet. I appreciate that they had 3 separate locks on the door, for added safety & security. Parking was close by and convenient. The check out process was also quick and easy. The ideal hotel experience-I had a great time! :)
