  I recently had my carpet installed by Superior Floors, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The installers arrived on time and worked efficiently, ensuring that every aspect of the installation was done to perfection. The quality of the carpet is excellent, and it has transformed the look and feel of my home.   It was a pleasure to work with Paul and his team - transparent with pricing , professional, polite and very quick to finish the relatively small project we wanted (hardwood floor installation / removal of older carpet). Paul was a great communicator, and we were very happy with the ending result. We will be happy to work with them again.

  After visiting many floor stores looking for luxury vinyl tiles for our kitchen, we discovered Superior Floors in Florida, NY. They had the largest selection of LVT by far. Paul and Rae were fantastic in helping us choose the right product for our kitchen design. Hector, the installer, was fantastic. It was a difficult install in certain areas due to two exiting pantry cabinets. He took his time and did a great job. We could not be happier with the level of serviced we received.

  Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Transparent and fair pricing from the jump, excellent advise on the best course of action for our older home that we recently purchased, worked with our difficult schedule and completed work professionally and timely. If you need any flooring work done, these are your people! Before and after pictures of our living room attached.

  We have been planning to redo our downstairs floors for years. Couldn't find a solution that we liked. Then we met Paul who was very knowledgeable. You could tell he really knows his stuff, and was not a pushy sales person- he really wanted us to find something that we liked and would work for us. We had met other installers in our searches, but never felt really comfortable with them. He helped us find the perfect flooring for our needs (Mohawk RevWood Select). His installer was a true craftsman, worked very neatly and showed attention to detail. The floors look gorgeous. We have been very happy with our entire experience with Superior Floors. Would recommend them to any one.
