  Very happy with the assisted living at Sunrise of Dix Hills. The staff is mostly made up of caring individuals who strive to take the best care possible of the residents. Thanks to a few special staff members, my dad is happy there, and feels secure and at home. Any day that Augerina is his caregiver is a great day for him. She goes above and beyond, and is incredibly competent and compassionate. Thanks also to Roosvelt and John P who both do the best job possible to improve the quality of living for the residents. The dining room is also wonderful-- both food and staff.

  We have had a great experience at Sunrise of Dix Hills. My mom is in Rem/Memory Care and we are very pleased. Support staff/aides are caring & friendly. Thank you to Nicola, Robin, Mary & all the aides who help & care for all the residents in this unit. The Mother’s Day Brunch was perfect & all the daily events are enjoyable.

  My Dad has been a resident of the Reminiscence memory care program for almost a year. I have found the staff to be extremely caring and personable, and my Dad is thriving at Sunrise. He enjoys participating in the various activities in memory care. I am grateful to Robin and all of the staff for the wonderful care my Dad is receiving. Lisa, Chris and all of the dining staff at Sunrise have been wonderful too. We truly appreciate you all.

  I have been honored to work for Sunrise for almost six years, particularly at the Dix Hills community. It is a community filled with compassionate, kind, patient and loving team members and residents.
  
  My time in the reminiscence neighborhood of this Sunrise has been a rewarding and amazing experience. I have learned so much from such an incredibly loving and hard working group of people. The bonds that I've seen form here between team members and other team members, team members with our lovely residents, as well as our bonds with families is a huge part of why I'm so proud to work for such a wonderful place.

  I have been working at Sunrise of Dix Hills for almost two years now and it has been a pleasure working with such a dedicated and hard working team. I feel grateful to have a job that I love coming to every day and I am proud to tell people that I work here!
  
  It truly is a happy, loving, close knit environment here at Sunrise not just between the staff but the residents of course as well. It is such a rewarding feeling knowing that I can personally provide my part in enriching a resident's experience by just making them smile even at the very least once a day.
  
  I definitely would recommend Sunrise Senior Living to a senior citizen in need as our facility of Dix Hills and many other Sunrise's provide the uttermost exceptional service to each and every resident so that they can feel the most happy, comfortable, and cared for within a warm and welcoming community.
