Went to their service department for an alignment. Friend staff. Honest service.
They were terrific. I was traveling from New Mexico and had an issue that needed to be fixed before driving 2000 miles home. They were prompt, thorough and so responsive. We drove home safely. I would highly recommend this service team and not hesitate to return if needed.
I recently purchased a used car from a private sale and brought it in for a general inspection to be sure there were no mysterious flaws to be concerned about. Everything was fine. Took less than 30 minutes. Very friendly service. And they even gave me a print out of active warranties on the car. I am very happy with the service and the help with a few features on the car as I was not given an owner’s manual. Very happy to be part of the Subaru family!
Ryan, our mechanic, is very thorough. He’s detailed and makes sure our WRX is in the best condition. We only go to him for our service because he’s incredibly knowledgeable and we know we will always get a quality service/fix every time. I always highly recommend him. Tyler was super kind and inviting. He made our transaction/waiting experience very comfortable. Great service overall.
I regularly use their repairs and parts department and am met with professional treatment and courtesy and a smile. Tyler helped me specifically with a major repair of several issues and his honesty and clarity were above and beyond and truly appreciated. He is a true asset. The parts department always kind and knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly too.
