(May 18, 2023, 11:56 am)I called and needed tires immediately. Matt from the call center was able to help out right away. Once I got to the location James was extremely helpful and kind. We had A LOT of questions and he was patient in answering them all. We were in and out rather quickly for having 2 tires changed. Great overall experience.

Plus they have great deals. I love that they make it easy for non-car people to understand and get reliable service. I would highly recommend the htown Mavis to anyone. They're good people.

I felt very safe and confident when handing my keys to them. Zack was the one who worked on my vehicle, he was also very kind and efficient in his work. Everyone at this location is very friendly and I enjoyed my experience!
