My husband and I have been going to Dr. Arnould for some time. I had neck issues and my husband had lower back problems. Dr. Arnoud not only resolved our problems , he gave us exercises to keep these areas strong and healthy. Dr. Arnoud is also extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and healthy eating habits. We are blessed to have such a caregiver in our life!!! We feel great! Dr. Arnoud informs people on how to take care of themselves!!!!
This little gem of a health care center that specializes in the age 50+ group has so much to recommend it. It's never crowded, it offers a three-pronged approach (chiropractic care, nutritional guidance, and fitness training) and members can select all three or just one, depending on their needs, goals, and comfort level. One of the Strength for Life's success stories is a man who began attending the fitness center as a client weighing more than 300 lbs. More than a hundred pound weight loss later, he is a co-owner and fitness trainer at the gym. You can't argue with results like that. The facility is homey, clean and welcoming and the staff is highly supportive. Who would have thought you could fall in love with a gym?
Very good Chiropractic care. Dr Arnold is an excellent chiropractor. I’ve been seeing him for 20 years. Quality care, takes the time to explain everything and provides information so you can help yourself with diet and exercise. I highly recommend Strenghth for Life Health and Fitness!
I'm a 57 yr. old, 'outdoors person' and I've been a patient of Dr. Arnould's for almost 7 years, after being recommended by a close friend and the chiropractic care, the physical rehab & training facilities, as well as the always friendly and helpful staff at Strength for Life, are the very best in the Pioneer Valley based on my personal experience.
I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Arnould to all my friends, whenever they complain about their back pain.
I have been going to see Dr. Godbout for a few years now, on a monthly basis. He is extremely knowledgeable, competent, professional and very respectful and kind. He listens well to whatever new symptoms I may have, and easily adjusts me to ensure my body is in the best possible shape. I always leave with recommendations of how to be even healthier. I have the highest amount of respect for all of his knowledge and training, and I would recommend him to anyone experiencing any kind of discomfort and pain.
