  It's always welcoming and the instructors I have worked with are great! I Have mostly done classed with Joli and she is such a kind hearted person who really makes you feel warm and welcome. I have done classes with Kate who always makes sure to look around to make sure you are doing good. I have attended a couple Reiki Sound baths - that I enjoyed a lot, even brought my 13 year old daughter with me and she loved it. Every experience I have had here has been wonderful. I highly recommend! They are the reason I am more into yoga, meditation and healing.

  To say I highly recommend Nirvana Yoga would be an understatement. The welcoming, judgement-free environment has always been nothing less than pristine. I always feel safe, physically and emotionally. Over the years, Ive observed Kate and her fellow instructors emit so much care and commitment to myself and other attendees through their keen attention and provide helpful verbal guidance ; taking care if we are holding our poses correctly (along with alternatives for a wide range of abilities) ensuring our purpose and intentions are most effective. I especially love the variety of focus each class offers throughout the week. I’ve never felt bored from mundane routine.
  I could keep raving but bottom line - Nirvana changed my life (and now my daughters life, too !!) I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

  After trying different studios in the area, I found Nirvana Yoga and never left. Kate is a fantastic yoga teacher! She is warm, welcoming and down-to-earth. Her classes are always fresh and engaging with an effortless, natural flow. Kate teaches with humor and ease, offering clear cues while weaving in breathwork and lovely imagery. You leave her classes feeling great - both physically rejuvenated and mentally relaxed and calm. I am truly thankful for Nirvana Yoga and Kate!

  This is a beautiful, heated yoga studio with gorgeous wooden floors. Kate is a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable teacher. I love how she reads you poetry during shavasana. You will feel so much better after one of her classes!!!

  I take Kate's vinyasa class at Nirvana regularly. It's just challenging enough to make me feel great! Kate is warm, welcoming, and each class feels special. She's always changing it up and helping us to go deeper into the postures. She leads the class with compassion and humor.
  
  The Wednesday night yin class is a wonderful way to stretch and relax at the end of the day. Chills you right out! It's like you just had a deep massage and helps you sleep deeply.
