She validates your emotional turmoils while also encouraging you to look at problems from different angles. Knowing that she understands you and her unwavering patience creates an environment where she is easy to confide in and trust.
As cheesy as it sounds, the work Traci does is life-changing because she sets you up to thrive in an academic setting. -
