  This dealer is fantastic. I bought a used car from them recently (being from out of state) and I couldn't be happier with the experience. A big shout out to Ryan in sales as well who was super responsive, attentive and helped make the process seamless, sending me info and photos all throughout.
  
  As for the process itself, I was in and out the door. Car was just as described and in all honesty, if I had to buy another one again, I would definitely check them out despite living few hours away.

  Great car service customer service on this last visit. Had oil consumption issues I was dealing with and car is still under warranty. Greg, the service manager went above and beyond to make this a painless and worthwhile resolution. He is highly intelligent, personable, professional, and extremely knowledgable in service issues, repair, and warranty concerns. Even assisted to make sure the warranty company upheld their obligations. Great experience and customer service this time around. Thanks again Greg / Stillman Volvo!

  I came to Stillman right after another Volvo told me the car I wanted didn’t exist (it did, just not on their lot!). Within minutes of walking in, Spenser and Kyle found the exact car I wanted and worked with another dealership to have it delivered to them. Spenser was so personable and called with updates along the way so I never had to wonder what the next step was. He always reinforced his goal of wanting me to be 100% happy with the purchase and understand the process as a first time buyer. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and made the process a breeze. Unlike other dealerships in my area, I was relieved when the team addressed me rather than my husband when knowing I was the one shopping for a new car. And the best part, I love my new XC40!!! They will definitely have a repeat customer out of me!! Thanks Spenser + team!!

  I bought a used 2016 Honda at Stillman Volvo for my daughter in March 2023. The salesman Ryan was terrific. There was no pressure and no hassle. The car was not ready for sale when I was shopping, but they let me check it out and test drive it anyway. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, it was a painless process and very fast. When I picked up the car, I was pleasantly surprised. They did an excellent job detailing it without me even asking, even buffed the haze off the 7 year old headlights. The entire car looks brand new. My friends and family thought it was a brand new car. I waisted many hours at other dealers looking for this same model before I found Stillman Volvo. Fedex delivered the title to my doorstep earlier that expected. Thank you Ryan and thanks to your detail team. Also, thanks to your management team for the easy sale without extra fees or costs. I appreciate it and definitely will come see you the next time I'm shopping.

  I worked with Ryan on a 2013 Infinti g37x. A car that was always on my personal bucket list. Ryan was more than generous with my trade value. I felt welcomed and zero pressure from Ryan through the whole process. The other staff were friendly as well.
