  Once again, BMW of West Chester exceeded our high expectations. We were met and greeted warmly, our two autos were efficiently received, we enjoyed a convivial several conversations with Sales, management and Maintenance personnel, as well as with three other customers. The setting for waiting customers is spotless, and has ample options to drink or snack while waiting.
  
  Our two cars had their work completed sooner than we had calculated, and we departed with extra time on a busy Saturday.
  
  We continue to heap praises on this fine dealership, and we welcome PIAZZA into the West Chester BMW family.

  West Chester BMW is an awesome service center. The techs are thorough, clear, practical and extremely customer centric. Having moved from another area where this was not the case it's refreshing knowing your car and your endless questions are respected. Melissa G is terrific. The cars are now so automated she translates well this complicated information in a way that everyone can relate to and understand. Thank you for that!

  As always I am pleased with the maintenance service I received at BMW of West Chester. The issue I have is that I told them about a clicking sound (sort of a sound of a cracked piece of plastic in the ventilation or the door). I was told it was something lose in the glove box which is not the case. I would have liked if a bit more time and attention was given to the issue. Other than that I am very pleased with my service.

  Service was outstanding. Heather was assigned as my advisor and she kept me fully informed of the progress the service tech was making on the car. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and she worked with a sense of urgency.
