  What a beautiful spa experience! Went in to take a look ending up spending a relaxing afternoon. Met with owner Pam and immediately felt at ease with my four year old son in toe we went to relax and decompress in the salt room.We felt great after the session and felt relief from the sniffles and allergies after the halo therapy. Would recommend ten out of ten. Went back a few weeks later for gift cards for family and friends to experience the calm n serenity of the spa. Can't wait to go back in to see Pam and Eve and catch up!

  I had leg compression massage therapy done here, it helped with my sore and fatigued muscles from the gym and work. I found it improved my circulation and gave me better range of motion, it also helps remove toxins from the lymphatic system if you are feeling stressed and tired. This is the perfect way to end your day. Pam and Eve were super knowledgeable and answered any question I had which made the experience that much more inviting, I had the best experience here and couldn’t recommend it more.

  Where could I even begin? This place has everything to nourish the mind, body and soul. While I initially went in thinking I would just check it out, I soon found myself wanting to book multiple sessions and tell everyone I know so they could too. The salt cave is so beautifully done and the perfect escape to detox your body and turn off for a bit to recharge. It was like no other salt cave I have ever visited, they have added a binaural beats playlist, played through individual headphones, that truly transports you to another place. I have never been so relaxed and at ease, (not to mention the lavender eye mask you get to wear during this helped too) After this experience I did a deep dive on binaural beats and you should, too! It is interesting and powerful-- and a great way to rewire your brain into a state of calm and focus. I was so blown away by the facility itself and the kindness and knowledge of the staff I could go on for days. They also have a full store front with different healing crystals, candles and gifts (which I am always on the hunt for for my sisters and friends!), this place has it all. Thank you Stems N Stones- this is a game changer!!!

  I recently had a visit to the salt room and had the most relaxing experience. The salt room is beautiful and adorned with realistic twinkling stars on the ceiling. It has helped me with so many health benefits. The owners, Eve and Pam are very sweet and kind. I highly recommend that you stop in for a visit!
