(July 1, 2023, 8:50 pm)Visiting my s/o in the short term part, the nurses were so nice and I see are making him feel comfortable while he has to be there recovering from surgery. The room was clean and the wait time wasn’t long when he rang the bell for the nurse the come. Thank you for taking such good care of him so he can get home quicker!

We did a lot of research after the last place she was in and found the Smithtown Rehabilitation Center. Everyone was so helpful there all the people that work there from the Administration Staff to the Nursing Staff to the Aids. They are all so friendly and helpful. I can’t forget her physical therapist team! They are great! Thank you all for helping my Mother-n-Law towards a speedy recovery. ❤️

(March 15, 2023, 6:21 pm)My husband had surgery and came to Smithtown healthcare facility for rehab....the nurses and CNA's are awesome. They are kind and patient. They put my mind at ease when having to leave my husband. The PT staff are wonderful and are helping my husband progress nicely. The facility is clean and cheerful. Everyone is very friendly. The office staff are very helpful...I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smithtown healthcare facility for anyone looking for a great place for rehab!

(February 21, 2023, 7:03 am)My mom needed a rehab facility after having her second knee replacement. I was very nervous about finding a facility that would take care of her after having her in a not-so-nice facility after her first knee replacement. I took a chance on Smithtown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care. I could not have been more pleased. Everyone from the nursing staff and aides to the physical and occupational therapists to the people behind the scenes - reception, social workers, etc. were all wonderful. They were caring and extremely empathetic to the residents as well as to the families. I never felt uncomfortable asking a question and was always answered in a polite way. My mom didn’t want to leave, and that says volumes! Thank you to all who became a very important part of my mom’s recovery. You will never be forgotten.

(December 11, 2022, 5:00 pm)Any staff member I met at the facility or professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and extended themselves to answer my questions. My mom is in good hands. Mom is home now but in he nursing department, Jenna was awesome and ready to answer any inquiry I had and a great assist on her discharge!!! Charisse, moms' aid was awesome, friendly and ready to assist me in any question I had. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful upon entering the facility and assistng on check in and conducting the COVID test. Anyone I came in contact with was friendly courteous and respectful to my requests. THANK YOU ALL.
