  Plymouth Meeting Location
  Working with Chris Clayton at the Plymouth Meeting location has been amazing! Chris is knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. Chris goes out of his way to make sure questions are addressed and provides usable solutions for current and potential customers. My husband and I have had our hot tub for less than 4 years. Chris is our go to person for anything hot tub, including helping us get in touch with the service department if needed. Chris is reliable, takes the time to listen and is very quick to respond.

  We had a hot tub from SPRING DANCE in Jamison years ago; a 4 person model…got 7 years or so out of it. Loved it after sports and on the occasional beverage-sipping evening.
  
  Decided, as the years have piled up, to get one to deal with the arthritis that comes with old age and the muscle soreness that occurs after walking golf courses.
  
  Our salesman, Will McCarthy, was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was able to answer all of our questions and wasn’t the least bit pushy.
  
  We settled on the CALDERA KAUI 2-3 person model. After 3 days, loving every minute of using it.
  
  The installation crew was terrific. The instructions were clear and they made efficient use of time.
  
  In addition, Christina at the retail desk tested my water after a couple of weeks of use and spent quite a bit of time REALLY explaining proper chemical usage and how to keep our salt system in optimum condition. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient ( I’m pretty clueless).
  
  PS: We didn’t like the bracket that raised and lowered the cover. While it worked well, it didn’t allow the skirt of the cover to hang properly and there were just too many obtrusive screw heads. We went back and Will showed us another bracket that only has a single arm and looks much better.
  
  He promptly sent another crew out and, in 15 minutes or so, they attached the other bracket. They filled in the other holes with screws that blend very well with the shell.
  
  VERY pleased with SPRING DANCE.

  …Look at both types of cover lifters in the store
  
  —I wish we had purchased a safety grab bar for getting in and out. You need to do it while the tub is empty, so we’ll either wait a year or empty it out sooner

  We had a great experience with this company. The sales person was a fun guy to work with and very knowledgeable, the delivery people were friendly and professional, the electrician they recommended was really great and made sure he got everything ready the day of our delivery. We couldn’t have hoped for a better result.
  These people are really great, the hot tub is great and was affordable considering the quality
  It’s great to be able to work with the area businesses and have such a fantastic experience
