From reception to cardio room -- to the smiles on everyone's faces, it's a place where one can feel included, safe and energized. -

(April 5, 2023, 4:02 pm)The best fitness center! The classes are great and the teachers fantastic. It is such a friendly place -- in the summer there are hundreds of kids in the day camp. People play pickle ball almost all day long. Kids can do everything from gymnastics to basketball to baton twirling and everything in between. I'm so glad it's so close to my home.

There are a multitude of classes and activities for all ages and ability. The exercise classes are varied and led by experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors. From pickle ball to boot camp to Zumba, SYS has something for everyone. It’s a special place where friends are made and physical and mental health are enhanced. I have been a member almost since it has been opened and it is definitely one of my happy places!!

(February 23, 2023, 7:13 pm)I love SYS! I would live there if I could. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and it feels like a great community to be a part of. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and is often the highlight of my day. Their fitness rooms have everything you need, I love their indoor track, and of course the basketball courts! Can’t say enough about it!
