  I’ve been taking Salsa classes with Kevin at SSS since he opened the studio in Milltown, NJ (about 6 months). Kevin is an excellent dancer and teacher; he’s very detail-oriented and passionate about dancing, and it shows. He genuinely wants his students to learn and improve with each class. If you’re looking for a great Salsa/Bachata learning experience and community, look no further!

  Best Date night idea! Had been looking for a salsa dance class near Old Bridge and this was perfect, only 15 minutes away from home.
  Took my wife to a private salsa dance lesson with "Kevin" he is the greatest instructor any clueless guy needs. Very professional, friendly and funny. This will be a great contribution to your marriage or partnership. Bless you brother!

  Kevin is indeed a one of kind teacher and dancer. He makes learning Latin dance really enjoyable, especially for beginners! As someone who is loosely connected to the SSS community, I will say undoubtedly he is very welcoming and open to newcomers. He deeply cares for his salsa community.

  Kevin Toft is an exceptional teacher. Unlike many Latin Dance schools that just show you combo after combo, he will teach you how the dances work on a very fundamental level. The curriculum is highly curated, detailed, personal, and engaging. When you leave his classes, you're not only more confident as a dancer, but also more knowledgeable.
  
  Kevin has also fostered an excellent community of students that create safe environments for others to learn and make friends. In his classes, you aren't just another nameless person in a crowd of strangers, and Kevin isn't someone you just pay. You are a friend of the community and you have people you can reliably trust to dance and have a good time with.
  
  I highly recommend anyone from any background to try one of Kevin's classes, whether it be a regularly scheduled group class or private lesson. You do not need to have any sort of dance experience to succeed in his classes. He will succeed in helping you attain dance skills you did not think were possible. His classes to have enriched my life. It truly is an amazing experience to be able to step onto a dance floor knowing that I will not make a fool of myself, and that my dance partner will have just as much fun as I do.

  I started taking lessons with Kevin in 2016. it was a game changer. Kevin's passion for dance and his students runs deep. He genuinely wants to see each of his students grow and form a love of dance. As one of the older members of his salsa team (think team mom), I have told Kevin that the reason his team is so wonderful, kind, hard working, and loyal to him and one another is because of the way he leads. He is an incredibly talented dancer and an all around good human. I grateful to be in his orbit, as well as part of the South Street Salsa community.
