  We came to Smithtown after having a poor experience at another Kia dealership. So, we were pretty pessimistic. But our salesman - Aashray - was such a pleasure to work with! He turned the whole thing around. He was genuinely kind, listened to my needs and concerns for purchasing a car, never pressured me during the entire process, and even gave me his personal cell in case I needed anything. The entire staff seemed friendly and had a great sense of humor - the whole environment just felt fun, comfortable, and relaxed. I'm also very impressed by the maintenance offer that Smithtown gives - LIFETIME oil changes, NY inspections, and free car washes with service, as well as a 10% discount on all parts and service (as well as some other things). It's absolutely worth the 30 minute drive to work with Smithtown!

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting Smithtown Kia, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the building and met my Car Dealer Gerard Rennie, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.   Tom was a pleasure to work with, he guided us to the perfect car in our budget! Smithtown Kia has great deals, prices and their warranty cannot be beat! They also offer free oil changes and inspections for LIFE! WOW! Great experience!

  Tom Watson and Richie Liquori were amazing gentlemen, professional and proper from the moment we walked in. They made us feel “right at home “ immediately! Their constant open communication was a welcomed relief, we never felt “in the dark” throughout the entire process of buying our new Kia Sportage HEV. It was the gentlemen that sold us, not the car. These two individuals are an asset to this dealership and we will recommend this place to everyone! Tom was very informative, knowledgeable and I knew we were in the right place from the very 1st phone call! Amazing team at Smithtown Kia!
