Vincent and Denise were very accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely professional. After we purchased car, technology specialist Carlos went over vehicle features so we can be comfortable using our Lexus.

I dealt with everyone mostly via e-mail and telephone because of the pandemic. They went the extra mile to ensure health, safety and satisfaction. Once I had the car, their technology specialist, Abbas, contacted me to setup a convenient time to go over the vehicle. He spent 90 minutes on the phone with me going over the vehicle head to toe and to ensure I was comfortable using my new vehicle. In addition to the great service, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Lexus makes amazing vehicles.

(April 25, 2020, 8:05 pm)I just picked up my new ES 350 F Sport today. Both Robert and Tim were extremely helpful during the process. I got an excellent price and the pickup process was extremely safe. In the service was Rob and myself and we were always at least 8 feet apart. Gloves and masks were worn during the entire process.
Later that afternoon Habbad help me set up my car from a technology perspective via cellphone. He was extremely helpful patient and the entire process was understandable.
