(August 7, 2023, 3:42 pm)My HVAC unit was suddenly blowing air that was not cool. Not good for 90 degree days with high humidity. The fan was running but the unit outside wasn’t working. I called Sila around noon and they sent a tech out before 3pm same day. My tech was John Ebery and he was very knowledgeable, professional, great communication. Definitely an asset to the company. He checked the unit and confirmed I need a new capacitor. He had the part in his truck and replaced it and was out the door before 3:30 and I had working air conditioning. Great service!

(July 6, 2023, 8:37 am)The Sila team did an outstanding job replacing two full systems (furnance and air conditioner) in our two zone home. They were clean, worked diligently and put in a 12+hour day to get our job finished and give our family air conditioning during a heat wave. They also gave us a very reasonable price for the work. Highly recommend!

He explained all the devices and made sure I understood how to navigate the new thermostat. I will recommend this service to friends.
