(June 26, 2023, 5:33 pm)I don’t know why this place has bad reviews? This was hands down the nicest office staff, nurses and doctors I have ever met!! They are very busy but most doctors I go to these days seem to be that way. I needed clearance for a surgery and they were booked out till September for EKG’s and a very kind woman (wish I remembered her name) helped me get an appointment the next day! She also did my scan and she was just so very kind and sweet. I felt so relaxed during it. So in my opinion Don’t listen to the reviews!

(May 3, 2023, 3:58 pm)I've always been treated very nicely and well received at the Brick as well as the Neptune office. All of these reviews are complaints about wait time... or not being able to get through on the telephone. Well..... THEY'RE BUSY .... Thats what business is all about. If you went there and there was nobody sitting/waiting, that would mean they're not doing any business, and would not be able to stay open to help YOU. You can't have it both ways... You're never going to get an empty waiting room and quality doctors and office.... because they'll go broke. SIT AND WAIT and be a PATIENT... look up the word PATIENT see what it says.... someone who W-A-I-T-S patiently. Sit your ingrate butt down and wait. You're going to see about your HEART! Is that not something to be patient about? Good Grief! You want something fast? Go get a McCafe at McDonalds.... there ya happy?
