  I’ve never written a review for anyone before but I felt compelled to do so since these guys are the best. They provided a detailed explanation of everything my 30 year old mount bike needed and the cost was very fair. I asked about new bikes and they let me test ride some and I quickly realized it was time for an upgrade. They helped me find exactly the right bike and ordered it, Built it out and had it ready for me the next day. Went for my first ride to Holgate today and it was awesome. Kudos to Jeff and the rest of the guys…well done!

  Thank you guys for the terrific service! I am super pleased with the personal attention I received. The salesman was very informative and patient as I asked questions and tested out the various models. Ordering and receiving a color and design that wasn’t in store was extremely easy and it arrived in a couple of days and I love my bike.

  The people that work there are awesome from the owner on down.
  I told the what I was looking for in ta bike to help me recover from back surgery. The bike the sold me is perfect for the task.
  I have also been getting my other bikes tuned up there for the last 4 years. Their work is amazing. I have a recumbent trike that I bought used. I had no idea that it had indexed shifting until they did the tune up. It had been tuned up at other shops before but no one ever made it work so well!

  I chose this bike shop blindly on Google based on its name, never having visited a bike shop on the island. They exceeded all of my expectations! Having dropped off a road bike that hadn’t had a some TLC since I bought it, they we’re so kind and considerate about it’s needs and set perfect expectations for it pickup date. Even though I am very attached to my road bike, I felt like it was in the best hands it could be in, and as it turns out, I was correct. My bike was ready when they said it would be, communication was fantastic, and the price was better than I thought it would be. The bike runs like a dream and I am very thankful to the staff for getting it back to its old self again.

  Highly recommend this place. I came in unannounced with a flat tire that needed repair. They took me right away and had me out the door in 5 minutes with an extremely affordable price. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go here again and recommend to anyone in need of bike service.
