Shima is a center for integrative wellness family care and education. And has served our family through pregnancy, newborn to old age... Shima has served multi generations in our family supporting us to live healthy active lives. They have given us the best quality care and we are most appreciative and grateful.

I have been a SHIMA patient for over 10 years. DRS Suzanne Kirby and Glenn Goodman are very caring and always help me when I'm in pain. I try and come once a month to keep myself aligned which I believe keeps my body strong and in place.

Both are also Holistic healers and have prescribed supplements that keep me healthy! When I had Lymes Disease last year Dr Kirby put me on all natural homeopathic medicine that made me well without taking harmful antibiotics ! Awesome! As I really would like to stay away from engineered pharmaceuticals and all their side effects.

I rarely wait any more then 15 min in the waiting room, that's a plus too.!

SHIMA also offers acupuncture and nutritional planning. ( which was Very helpful to me)
If you want a friendly, caring alternative to standard medicine make an appointment, they both do extensive research on everything they prescribe.
I totally trust their knowledge & Integrity.
