(August 23, 2022, 10:07 am)On Tuesday August 16th, 2022, I went to Sherwood Cleaners at 144 New Britain Ave, I brought my leather jacket to have a zipper fixed. The gentleman fixed my zipper in less than 5 minutes, at no charge at all.
Here's the kicker, previous to stopping there, I had gone to Best Cleaners at 69 East St Plainville where I was told it would be slightly over $100 due to the whole zipper itself having to be replaced. If it was just fixing the "pull head" by itself, then it would only have been $30ish (I don't recall the exact amounts).
DEFINATELY support Sherwood Cleaners. I have always done business with them, but after my experience mentioned, Sherwood will now get ALL my business. -
