  Lisa, the manager was very professional, yet friendly and very accommodating. My daughter’s wedding dress was cleaned, preserved and boxed beautifully. I would highly recommend Edrick’s for this service.

  Wow!!! I am truly impressed. I am not one to write reviews but but I couldn’t let this experience go unnoticed. I guess it wasn’t to smart to wear one of my favorite cashmere sweaters to watch my 8 month old grandson. The good news he finished his bottle of formula, the bad new is he threw it up all over me and my sweater! He was fine but, my sweater was covered in formula! I knew I wasn’t supposed to put it in water but the smell was unbearable. I put part of it in the sink and ended up putting a wet gross sweater in a plastic bag and shipping it Edricks Fine Dry Cleaning. I called the owner David Edricks ahead of time to apologize for what he was about to receive in the mail. I explained the situation and that the sweater had now changed texture in certain areas. . He said not to worry and he would look out for it and do the best he could . Today I received the package of my sweater and as I opened it I actually out loud said “ this is like magic!” I immediately called David to thank him! It arrived folded and wrinkle free in a breathable bag that I will keep for packing or storing. The sweater is as soft and odor free as the day I bought it! You can tell he really cared and wanted to do whatever he could to restore my sweater, and he did just that! Btw I am in NY and use their easy shipping service . It’s reasonable and the quality of their cleaning is excellent!
