I've used numerous places in Shelton but NONE treat me the way Shelton Car Care does, they have earned my respect and my continued business maintaining our fleet of vans. LISA is the best! She does anything she can to make the experience pain free. Lisa and her team have gone above and beyond to help out when needed. Now I've even started to bring my personal vehicles here!

(June 11, 2023, 3:28 pm)If I could give this place 20 stars, I would. On my way to a concert in NJ my check engine light came on. I immediately pull off the highway and find this wonderful place! Lisa was an absolute lifesaver. She took such great care of me and thanks to her I made it to my concert after all. I can’t say enough great this about this place. 100% recommend!

From the moment I walked through the door to my exit, everything and everyone was five star!!! Jereme was my contact person and his customer service skills were beyond exemplary! The wait time was minimal, Jereme kept me informed as the oil change was being done, the work was competitively priced and totally acceptable, the waiting area was clean and comfortable...so refreshing and a rarity in today's complacent world! Keep up the good work!! I will be sure to recommend Shelton Car Care to others and as I said at the beginning of this review, I will be a returning customer in the future!

The team at Shelton Car Care is dedicated to delivering high-quality work and they always do what they say they will. Not only do they provide great prices, but their convenient hours make it easy for me to schedule appointments around my hectic schedule.
I have used their services for scheduled maintenance as well as seasonal tire changes and storage. Each time, I am impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that they bring to the job. I trust their expertise and know that my car is in good hands with them. -
