  The care and love we received from the funeral home was awesome. In the darkest time in our lives, we were shone respect and total care from their team. Mainly we delt with Sheryl and the warmth and love she showed us was truly appreciated.

  Strunks Funeral Home in Phoenixville did a wonderful job handling the arrangements for my Uncle's cremation and services. They were compassionate, professional and responsive. I have not been through this process before and they guided me each step of they way. Sheryl or Bob responded to my calls and emails quickly and answered all of my questions. I appreciate all of their support.

  We have used Shalkop Grace & Strunk since my Great Grandparents. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We want to keep the tradition going. Robert Strunk was very kind and helpful during our mother's passing. Everything went smooth and according to plan. Highly recommend them.

  Sharing words with the public is difficult to express during the bereavement period of a close family member, but the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home made the arrangements with so much empathy and compassion. Our father was in the long term care of a Veterans Home and the funeral home took care of everything from prepayment of all burial affairs prior to death, to picking him up and taking him to the funeral home, caring for the complete process of caring for his body, and making arrangements for the transportation across the state line to the cemetery where he was buried. The representatives that transported dad from Pennsylvania to another state, stayed with him at the gravesite the entire time to ensure that all the military honors were followed as promised, and the complete interment was done as promised. They stayed after the family left to ensure dad was safely in the ground and that flowers were arranged neatly. The follow-up by the staff was unbelievable in the weeks to come. Flowers were received, sympathy cards and emails were received, paperwork and death certificates were sent, and phone calls to ensure we were handling the death process without too much difficulty. For anyone wanting the best care in or near the Spring City, PA area, these folks have the experience needed when you don't have the mindset to handle these affairs on you own. It is a small funeral home but they have the warmest and loving people working in your behalf. Our gratitude and highest recommendation goes to the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home.
