  Diandra made it happen when it came to finding a rental. I was searching for months, spoke with Diandra, and within a week was signing a lease to my new place. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend to anyone in-need of an agent.

  Best Chaos Coordinator Around
  Working with Diandra was one of the best decisions I have made. While it was an unlikely thing to find her, since she is a realtor outside my area of CT, it was definitely the right choice to have her lead my first home buying journey. Diandra took the time to drive out week after week to show me sometimes ten houses and other times just one or two. Diandra was able to help me narrow down the priorities and price point that I wanted in a house. It got to the point where she would know if I liked or didn’t like a house by pulling in the driveway and walking across the threshold.
  My process was a little bit different than the traditional house-buying process. Diandra walked me through CHFA and the Time to Own Loan without having a client take part before. When I became under contract, the CHFA process became long and drawn out, tedious, and frustrating. One day we would be all set and the next day there was another hump in the road. Her professionalism with other stakeholders is unmatched. She is great at building relationships and handling everyone’s emotions and personalities. She was able to keep me calm and patient when I was ready to give up several times either through coaching or by taking me back to houses to see them a second or a third time.
  I highly recommend Diandra as your realtor. She is professional, funny, a great coach, mentor, friend, and therapist through a stressful process. She listens to her clients and takes what they say to heart. Diandra is extremely responsive and does what it takes to get what her client what they want. I have been in my house for just over one month now and it is proving perfect. I will always recommend Diandra to people looking for a realtor.

  Diandra did a phenomenal job from start to finish, even after closing. Diandra takes pride in her work and had a quick resolution to any issues that arose between the seller and I during our transaction. She has connections to a ton of resources and will do whatever it takes to make her clients happy. Diandra had me in my new home within 30 days of meeting her! I can’t say enough about how on top of all aspect of the home buying experience she was. Diandra was a text or call away whenever I needed her. There was not one time during the process in which I was not able to get a hold of her within 20 minutes of reaching out. She went above and beyond what I was expecting from a realtor and would highly recommend working with her in your search for a new home.

  Let me start by saying, I'm hard to please. I'm very picky and also very indecisive. So imagine how much of a nightmare i can be for somebody that's trying to find me a home. Diandra is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable, and most importantly, PATIENT! She was so graceful showing me properties all over the area. She made it an all around wonderful experience. Thank you Diandra! I will be recommending you to everybody i know that's looking to buy a home.
