  Shout out to Lauren in Leasing - She is the real MVP! She's prompt, professional yet personable, and you can tell she is the heart & soul of the complex...A fan favorite and I see why!
  
  And not to forget about the unit/complex itself...Beautiful! Truthfully couldn't have been more pleased with the showing. Excited to hopefully call Milford Beach Apartments, 'Home'...

  I’ve been living at these apartments for six years. The layout is great, very spacious. I always get compliments when I have guests over.
  
  Maintenance is great—if I ever needed anything they are always quick to take care of it.
  
  Management has the property regularly maintained—landscaping, furnace maintenance, hallways vacuumed and periodically carpets cleaned, siding power washed and patio deck re-sealed on a schedule.
  
  I have brought in new apartment mates throughout the years and have had to start new
  leases. The leasing office has always been helpful. I just signed a new lease and Lauren helped talk me through the new changes the company has made since my last new lease two years ago. The person I was bringing in had some technical difficulties getting some documents and Lauren was very understanding and worked with us on getting things rolling while those issues were resolved.
  
  Overall, I highly recommend the area and complex.

  My boyfriend & I fell in love with this complex! Lauren S was so amazing during the application process. Very kind, thorough, patient & informative! She let us ask any questions we had without feeling rushed and even stayed past her shift for a few minutes to make sure we were taken care of with anything we needed. She’s a very easy person to talk to & extremely relatable. We highly recommend her if you’re interested in applying for this apartment complex. :)

  I needed to find an apartment and was familiar with this complex as I have lived near it for over 20 years. So with all the craziness going on trying to find and get into a place I found a gem in Lauren. She put me on a waiting list which I was a little hesitant over at first. Then when there was an opening she immediately called me to the office and walked me through all that had to be done. I have just moved in and it was exactly what I wanted. So no complaints here. But I would like to thank Lauren for making it so much easier to make the move.
