(August 30, 2023, 11:48 am)Our visit to Shelter Island was a last minute booking so we didn't expect much from wherever we could find availability. Little did we know that we would stumble upon such a wonderful jewel as Seven on Shelter! Impeccably clean and tidy, our room was very cozy with everything we needed, included a balcony area to enjoy the morning sun. We expected to have to eat breakfast out, since our experience has been that most included breakfasts are lacking but the spread was so wonderful, we enjoyed breakfast in all three days we were there. Beth, Shannon, and Peaches, the resident canine princess, were all wonderful and accommodating. The pool, patio, and the evening fire pit were first class. If you ever have the opportunity to stay here, don't pass it up. You won't regret it for a minute!!

(August 27, 2023, 1:47 pm)Extremely well-located B&B, only a few minutes walk from the lovely Crescent Beach.
The rooms were spotless, well-equipped (television, fans, toiletries, other amenities) and felt intimate and welcoming.
The exterior pool was clean and kept at an inviting temperature. Parking was abundant.
Lastly, Beth and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, constantly looking after guests’ well-being.
Would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend others do as well. -

(July 25, 2023, 8:35 am)I can not say enough good things about our stay at Seven! Beth truly has thought of every detail. The rooms are stylish and cozy, with the comforts of home. Even with quite a few guests staying at the same time as us, it was such a quiet and peaceful place to stay. We woke up to the smell of fresh croissants baking in the kitchen, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I also got to enjoy my breakfast with Peaches, Beth's adorable pup who is so sweet (her company was a big highlight for me as a dog lover!). I can not wait for our next stay to enjoy the beautiful pool and the amazing vibes overall at Seven!

(July 1, 2023, 1:14 pm)Seven is such a beautiful home to stay at! I booked it during a week so that I could enjoy the east Long Island and visit some wineries. The place didn’t disappoint! It is a beautiful house with newly renovated rooms, gorgeous and spacious bathrooms and super comfy bed! I loved that the place is pet friendly, my dog really had fun there! The highlight of my stat there was the amazing heated pool and their breakfast with all local goodies! Amazing place, I highly recommend and I will come back again.

(June 3, 2023, 6:32 pm)We took a last minute trip over this past Memorial Day weekend and were thrilled with our decision. This woman owned boutique hotel is special. The owner, Beth, truly went out of her way to make sure we really enjoyed ourselves. The location was so convenient to the beach and great restaurants, the rooms were modern and immaculate and the poolside accommodations are first-rate. There is a gym available as well making this BnB a truly great overall relative value. Add in the amazing breakfast spread every morning, and the terrific staff, and you have a destination that is a rare travel find. You won't be disappointed here.
