  I don’t have one bad thing to say about SETS. If you’re looking for a great work out atmosphere, fun, and competitive (challenging yourself to beat your personal record from previous month) then this is it!! The coaches help motivate and provide guidance! It’s like having your own personal trainer but in a group environment (aka, they do all the planning and thinking, and you follow the work outs!). It’s welcoming and rewarding!!!

  The coaches are motivating and know when to provide an extra challenge or modification to the workouts. The workouts are varied and there is always a new way to challenge myself in each class. The environment is fun and upbeat and it’s the most efficient and effective workout I’ve experienced.

  I love SETS! I was mostly working out at home until they opened the Barnegat location right around the corner from my house. They offer a lot of class times throughout the day which is great for busy schedules. And every class is different and challenging! The coaches have also been super helpful with guiding me and helping me modify as I am currently pregnant. I highly recommend to everyone regardless of current fitness level. Not to mention the music is always blasting and is so good…and you’ll meet a lot of great people who help motivate one another. You won’t be disappointed!

  I was very hesitant to join SETS because I was out of the workout game for a while, but I ended up joining and I am SO GLAD I did. Everyone at SETS is so kind and it truly is a judgement free zone. I actually look forward to working out now thanks to this awesome place!

  If you’re looking for a great workout that challenges you everyday, look no further. This gym allows you to go at your own pace as well as keeping each day fresh with new workouts that you don’t need to think about. Fun way to burn calories and get stronger. Definitely would recommend to people of all fitness levels.
