  My son and I dropped in while in LBI for vacation and had a great workout. The facility is fantastic and easy to get to right off the island so this will be my go to place each year we visit. The other athletes were welcoming just as I experience at my home gym in Massachusetts and Coach Kristen was awesome. Thank you, it was just what I needed!!

  Arx South has been a great experience for my daughter and I. The coaching is professional and energetic. The facility is clean and all equipment is well maintained. Being located right next to the middle school and high school is a huge plus when I can’t get my daughter there as she can walk over. I highly recommend.

  Crossfit Arx South is amazing. As an athlete who has trained for many years in various gyms, I was always nervous about jumping into Crossfit. Coach Lauren and her staff have been so welcoming and encouraging during the workouts that I always leave wanting more! The workouts are fun, dynamic and yes, very challenging but there are modifications for things that make people like me nervous.. With that being said, there is nothing that should hold you back from coming here. I am so grateful for ARX South and the Coaches who are all extremely knowledgeable and motivating.
