  I experienced my first session with Coach Laura Kim at Seoul Solutions, and it was mind blowing. I will say I was a bit skeptical of what coaching could provide for me initially. Coach Laura Kim took me through a guided meditation during our session. This was a completely life changing experience for me, afterwards my goals were identified and my perception changed. I realized where I really saw myself in 5 years, 10 years, and so on. I was able to put down the expectations others have for me and truly analyze what I want for my self and my life. I can’t recommend a life coaching session enough! I’m looking forward to our next meeting!

  Laura Kim has shown great insight and inspired me to see and feel things about myself that I was afraid to before. She has empowered me to be me and to push myself to the place where there are no limits. To not feel defeated if I fail at something. To pick myself up and start again until I am comfortable in my own skin.
  I can’t recommend enough going through this program with her. I feel as though Laura Kim has given me the tools to be successful in every aspect of my life. To never second guess myself and the power and confidence to leave my comfort zone.

  Before I met Coach Laura Kim I had a lot of stories I told myself so often and for so long that it became a truth for me and they were now empowering stories. I was tired of being where I was at and wanted more out of my life and to achieve the outcomes I had set for myself this year. I had done some great work in a few areas of my life and then there was my business which was not where I wanted it to be and I was not on track for meeting my outcomes for this year. I felt like I was on a boat heading out to sea, I was in a row boat and no oars to maneuver myself.
  
  Then I went to a coaching event for a week and met Laura Kim and really got to know her amazing soul and strong force for good. Laura Kim impressed me in several different areas, her resilience, her humor (which was important to me, I want to enjoy life and not be serious all the time), and her resourcefulness. I knew that I had much to learn from this beautiful strong person. She had been successful in areas in her life that I had not achieved yet and knew she was the coach to take me there. I have been told many times in my life, you find someone who has what you are looking for and then learn what they do and then do that. Laura Kim provides the space you need to process your thoughts as you gain awarenesses, ask very insightful questions that scramble your brain in a good way, brings her own vulnerability to the call, holds you accountable, and will not allow you to stay in your disempowering story that does not serve you. Along with all those impressive qualities, the last one was also very important to me, I needed someone that was not scared to call me out and tell me I was lying to myself and it was not helping me get to where I wanted to be.

  Where does the Coach go to get coached? Seoul Solutions. As a Life Coach, I spend plenty of time in “the work”. I listen for conflicts, identify patterns and guide my clients towards solutions. Yet, because I am human I can get stuck in my own limiting mindset as well.
  
  As a result of Laura Kim’s coaching style, I've had tremendous results. Not only was she able to see beyond my calculated excuses she challenged me to see situations like I’ve never seen before; freeing me of old beliefs and patterns that were holding me back.
