On my first visit today, everyone in the practice was warm, welcoming, and making sure I understood each step taken. Nancy, the hygienist, was incredibly patient and extraordinarily delicate. Dr. Cullen was kind and extremely informative about how we will proceed with my treatment. Betty, the office manager, thoroughly explained the billing. I have never felt so confident that I was in good, very capable hands.

I and my whole family have been going to Dr. Pollatos for over 20 years and her and all the staff have always treated us like the family you like. I would never think of going to any 1 else. They are always caring always willing to go above and beyond for you. I love Dr Pollatos and her staff to bits. 5 stars are not enough.
I know it's weird to have strong positive feelings about a dentist's office, but I really love this dentist's office. The entire staff is friendly and pleasant and they go out of their way to make sure the patient feels comfortable and safe. The dentist I saw was excellent, and I feel very involved in my own care plan in a way I never have with other offices. It's clear the doctors are up on the current standards of care and technology. Also, the office is super clean, and their COVID protocols make me feel comfortable.
